A hospitality app that scales concierge service without scaling headcount

In collaboration with our good friends at AnalogFolk.

TP Connect provides Taikoo Place Apartment tenants with information on facilities — clubhouse, reading lounge, spa, gym, laundry, and personal concierge — and lets them request in-house services and communicate directly with concierge through the app.

The problem archetype

Tenants of Taikoo Place Apartment are often coming to Hong Kong for the first time. With limited knowledge of the city, helping them feel at home in the building and the neighbourhood is essential. The more comfortable they become, the more trust they place in the service apartment and the Swire Properties brand.

Our execution

We designed a React Native app that kept the experience simple and seamless, especially during sign-up, activation, and service requests. The app had to handle tenant onboarding, identity verification, and service requests in a workflow that felt effortless for users arriving from overseas. The platform connected tenants with collateral services such as dry cleaning, dining, and driver services, and helped them discover points of interest around Hong Kong.

The outcome

A platform that enhanced the brand value, trust, and concierge service of Taikoo Place Apartment. It improved accessibility to concierge support while meeting a 24/7 service expectation cost-effectively.
