A digital bank brand website that turns a mobile-first promise into trust

GoTyme Bank is a Philippines digital bank built as a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group and Tyme, a multi-country digital banking group. Unlike traditional banks, it combines a mobile app with physical kiosks in retail locations such as Robinsons supermarkets and department stores for account opening, card printing, and customer support. We were asked to create their very first brand website, aimed at young professionals.

The problem archetype

As a new entrant in a crowded financial market, GoTyme needed to introduce itself as a credible, digital-native alternative to established banks. The website had to communicate the value of a branch-light, app-and-kiosk banking model while building trust with first-time visitors who were unfamiliar with the brand.

Our execution

We designed and built a responsive brand website on Next.js with DirectUS CMS, giving the GoTyme team full control over content. The experience was structured to introduce the bank's story, explain the kiosk-and-app ecosystem, and guide young professionals toward opening an account — all through a clean, confident, mobile-first design language.

The outcome

The website launched as GoTyme Bank's first owned digital presence, establishing the visual and verbal foundation for the brand. GoTyme Bank reached over 1 million subscribers in its first year of operations.
