A customization platform that balances individual freedom with team purchasing

CLICK-KIT is the world’s first platform to combine trusted sports brands with personal style. It lets fans control the design, colours, logos, and graphics of sportswear for personal or competitive use.

The problem archetype

Most sportswear customization tools fall into one of two traps: too limited for competitive teams, or too complex for casual users. CLICK-KIT needed to serve individuals buying one item and coaches or clubs buying for a whole team.

Our execution

We designed an eCommerce experience that made individual customization simple, while the “team shop” feature let managers set up standard designs for players to order individually and ship to a single location. The team shop had to support a single design with multiple size and quantity combinations, individual player payments, and consolidated delivery — all without confusing the casual buyer. This supported both organised and personal purchase flows without forcing either side into the wrong workflow.

The outcome

The team shop became the platform’s defining feature and was adopted by over 1,000 registered members in the first week of launch. The redesign struck a strong balance between functionality, flexibility, and usability.
