AXA Asia
ReactJS, Laravel, OctoberCMS

AXA Asia had just opened a new open-plan office designed to improve collaboration and space efficiency. The physical environment was impressive, but there was no easy way for visitors and staff to discover what the company was doing, what the community cared about, or how teams were connected.
The challenge was not the screen — it was making reliable, real-time content flow into a secure enterprise space without breaking IT policy. The device needed to integrate with multiple social platforms, each with different APIs, rate limits, and access rules, all within a tightly restricted internal network.
We designed and built a large-format touchscreen experience for an 82” lobby display, then integrated live feeds from the major social platforms. Each social network had its own API structure, rate limits, and access rules, and the device sat behind a corporate firewall with strict IT policies. We worked with AXA’s IT and communications teams to make the data flow secure, stable, and maintainable — front-end in React, backend in Laravel, deployed as a managed workplace touchpoint.
A minimal, interactive kiosk that felt like part of the architecture. Visitors and staff could explore company news and community updates through an interface designed for glanceability at lobby scale, while the integration handled the complexity behind the scenes.
Workplace technology only works if people actually stop and use it. We bridge the gap between ambitious comms ideas and the messy reality of enterprise networks, legacy IT, and third-party APIs — so the final device is both polished and production-ready.
